We would like to give a huge congratulations to Bruce Hezlep on successfully earning the title of Assistant Chief. Bruce recently completed the officer selection process and did an outstanding job throughout it. The process consists of a letter of intent, written testing, practical testing, and an interview panel. As Chief 21-3 he will be responsible for oversight of the Safety Officers, staffing, and membership development(mentoring.) Bruce has a very well versed background on just about every position within the fire company that will certainly prove meaningful in this new position. Well done and welcome Chief!
