E21-2 arrived and began investigation, hooked up to the FDC and hydrant. LT21(behun) located smoke on division 2 and upgraded the assignment. The engine deployed a 300ft attack line while the fire room was located. Once the fire was located in the room and it was confirmed out our crews checked above it and switched to salvage operations. We evacuated the hotel due to the water condition on Div 1. Crews operated for approx 1 hour.
