21,19,22,51, and police were alerted for a car on its roof with one inside today. Vehicle was secured with step chocks on the roof rails. Fire & EMS slid the occupant out through the open doors via a long back board and onto the stretcher. Occupant was out 12 minutes after dispatch. The fire police shut the road down on both ends until it was cleaned up by the tow company.
