Station 21 responded to a vehicle over a hillside approximately 100 ft off of the roadway this afternoon. Rescue 21 found two non-ambulatory patients still inside the vehicle with good access and performed a low-angle rescue of both individuals alongside CTEMS to their awaiting ambulances.
