Cadet Academy

The CTVFC recently hosted our 4th annual Cadet Academy. The academy consisted of 14-18 year olds who wanted to learn what it is like to be a firefighter. The Cadets learned donning/doffing proper personal protective equipment, hoselines, ladders, search and rescue, forcible entry, First Aid/CPR, and roll in scenarios.
